UPEO Innovations is a software development company in Harare, Zimbabwe. We engineer platforms for organisations and build our own products: WAsenda, Tangazo and Kazi.
The name
Upeo/u·pé·o/
In Swahili, upeo means the horizon, the peak, the apex. Our mark is a peak standing on the horizon, mirrored below as a reflection: a reminder that what we build should reach further than what came before.

UPEO Innovations started with a simple observation: businesses across Zimbabwe and Africa were being asked to run on software that wasn't built for them. It was too expensive, too generic, or built without any idea of how money, messaging and work actually move here.
So we build our own. WAsenda puts the official WhatsApp Business API within reach of any organisation. Tangazo gives merchants and publishers a fair, reviewed advertising network. Kazi gives companies a complete HR platform with performance management that connects every person's goals to the company's.
